In this role, you will: Collaborate with the Head Chef to oversee daily food preparation, menu creation, and implementation. Supervise service teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Maintain stringent stock control procedures to minimize wastage. Foster clear communication with the restaurant team regarding menu updates and changes. Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all operational areas. Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP. Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus.
