Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests warmly during check‑in and check‑out, providing accurate information about hotel services Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and requests promptly and professionally, including billing and payment processing Provide food & beverage service in our restaurant and bar, including preparing drinks and barista‑made coffee Respond to guest feedback and uphold a high standard of customer service Support daily hotel operations by coordinating with different departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery
