About the Role This growing Client Solutions team within a leading asset management business is seeking an experienced RFP & DDQ Content Manager. The role offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, infrastructure, and private credit, while supporting both institutional and wealth clients. The successful candidate will take ownership of preparing, reviewing, and maintaining sales proposals (RFPs) and operational due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance. They will also drive process improvements and contribute to the standardisation of content across investment, operational, and ESG functions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and maintain RFPs and DDQs for clients across multiple asset classes. Collaborate with sales, client service, and investment teams to ensure submissions meet client requirements and internal standards. Identify opportunities to improve templates, processes, and content management systems. Standardise key information across functional areas including investment, operations, compliance, and ESG. Integrate content into digital repository systems to improve efficiency and accessibility. Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively. Skills & Experience Required 3 years' experience in RFP/DDQ content management or a similar role within asset management. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of asset management operations, governance, risk, and compliance processes. Demonstrated experience partnering with sales, client service, and investment teams to deliver solutions.
