We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Area Manager to join a leading premium men's formal wear brand. This role will oversee 8 stores across Sydney , ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do: Lead, coach, and inspire store managers to achieve sales targets and deliver premium service Monitor store performance, KPIs, and compliance across your portfolio Drive initiatives that grow revenue, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand presence Manage budgets, reporting, and operational efficiencies across multiple locations Travel between sites to provide hands-on leadership and support What we're looking for: Proven experience in retail management, ideally in menswear, fashion, or premium retail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels Why you'll love this role: Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses Fully reimbursed travel for all site visits Opportunity to grow within a respected premium brand Lead and shape a portfolio of stores while making a real impact Note, this role is a rotating roster.
