We're seeking on behalf of our client, a confident and commercially driven Store Leader to take full ownership of a busy lighting retail store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, and build a strong, engaged team. If you enjoy autonomy, accountability, and running a store as if it were your own, this role will suit you.
