The Role End-to-end management of a residential portfolio (approx. 150 properties) Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance using Property Me, Inspection Express, and Snug Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation Handling all property-related enquiries in a professional and timely manner About You Proven experience in residential property management (senior-level experience highly regarded) Current Agent’s Representative Certificate Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Strong working knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills Confident managing a portfolio independently while thriving in a team-focused environment Company Perks Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 4 Saturday rotation Support from a dedicated BDM and Leasing Manager Structured systems and tech-forward processes Strong team culture with a genuinely close-knit and supportive environment Ongoing training and professional development Competitive salary package aligned with experience How to Apply If you’re ready to step into a role where support, culture, and structure truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
