About the Role Full Time Perm | Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm Transcend Managed Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Trade Assistant / HR–MR Driver to support trade operations and transport materials safely and efficiently. This hands-on role involves assisting tradespeople on-site, handling tools and materials, and operating HR/MR vehicles to deliver equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, physically fit, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operate metal cutting & forming machines, and hand/power tools Fabricate metal frames for doors, windows, and security products Assist welders with setup and platform preparation Drive company vehicles for pickups and deliveries Load and unload materials safely Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Follow all workplace health, safety, and quality standards About You Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, Labourer, or similar role (preferred) Valid HR or MR driver’s licence White Card Experience using hand and power tools Strong understanding of safety practices Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and physically fit For a confidential conversation, please contact Kristian with your updated resume: kristian@transcendgroup.com.au 0468 052 501
