We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Keeper to join our team on a part‑time basis (3 days per week). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining clean and well‑presented spaces, and has a proactive, hands‑on attitude. Key Details Location: Albury Hours: 8am - 4pm Drivers Licence Required - Manual desirable Key Responsibilities General lawn and garden maintenance (mowing, trimming, weeding, watering). Upkeep of outdoor areas including pathways, fences, and common spaces. Minor repairs and maintenance as required. Rubbish removal and ensuring grounds remain tidy at all times. Reporting any hazards, damage, or maintenance needs. What We're Looking For Previous grounds keeping, gardening, or maintenance experience (preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor work.
