Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Housing Capital Program across the Northern Territory and Regional Program Delivery across the Top End. Oversee program management, procurement planning, project funding, and contractual arrangements, fostering partnerships with government agencies, land councils, and community stakeholders to deliver sustainable and culturally appropriate housing solutions. This role manages a significant portfolio with annual program finances of approximately $415.6 million and direct responsibility for around $250 million annually. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
