12 month contract with a view to extend| Based in Sutherland, Sydney Strong understanding of change management principles & methodologies Australian citizenship is a MUST| 3 days in office Our client is looking for a Change Analyst for a multi-year transformation project involving the introduction of a new service model across the corporate functions and operational business groups, as well as a system replacement for managing risks, controls, obligations, incidents and audit. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and their application. Experience in Change Management, with experience gained in medium to large scale enterprises (experience in manufacturing or engineering environments desired but not essential). Change Management experience in large scale business transformation projects Experience in preparing communications (ppt, email, intranet, video development skills highly regarded) Experience in impact assessment and support for workshop delivery Experience with digital adoption tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience supporting business process change, and the production of artefacts supporting operational teams in their transition.
