Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Project and Change Manager to drive strategic initiatives and champion change across our B2B travel portfolio. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage high-impact projects from concept to delivery while ensuring change is embraced across people, processes, and culture. Acting as the link between vision and execution, you’ll help deliver sustainable outcomes that make a real difference. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, managing timelines, budgets, and risks Drive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training Collaborate across global teams to align initiatives with business goals Facilitate governance and reporting for senior stakeholders What We’re Looking For 5 years in project, change, or transformation management, ideally in global B2B environments Strong knowledge of change frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and project methodologies Experience in marketing, digital, or customer facing transformation Skilled in tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand settings Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Project Management (MBA a plus) Certifications in Project (PMP, PRINCE2) and Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR) Your Day to Day: Project Delivery and Execution Lead complete planning and delivery of strategic projects Manage project plans, budgets, and risks Coordinate globally for clear accountability Identify risks and implement mitigations Prioritise to achieve timely, budgeted outcomes Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Plan change management: stakeholder analysis and readiness checks Develop change plans with communication, training, and engagement Serve as communication bridge for clear messaging Build readiness and trust among stakeholders Ensure lasting change post-delivery Communication and Governance Facilitate steering meetings and updates for global stakeholders Ensure accurate documentation and reporting Create clear project materials like timelines and presentations Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, sales, finance, and product leaders on initiatives Align with global strategy while supporting regional needs Foster relationships for integrated execution Please advise your leader before applying Please note: applications can only be considered by candidates who are based, and have the right to work, in Australia without restriction or requiring visa sponsorship.
