National Multimedia Manager Location: National | Based in Rhodes (Support Office) Work Type: Full-time | Senior Leadership Role About the Role InvoCare is seeking an experienced National Multimedia Manager to lead our end-to-end multimedia, digital print and memorial content production operations across Australia. This is a senior, national leadership role responsible for setting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering consistent, high-quality multimedia and print outputs that support our funeral services and enhance the experience of the families we serve. With a strong focus on digital transformation, operational excellence and people leadership , this role will shape the future of multimedia and memorialisation services at InvoCare. Key Responsibilities Provide national leadership across multimedia production, digital print workflows and memorial content delivery Develop and execute a national multimedia strategy aligned to business and transformation objectives Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology, automation and best-practice workflows Oversee national production of video, audio, print and digital content , ensuring quality, consistency and timeliness Lead the implementation of new multimedia, digital print and music systems , partnering with IT, Operations, Finance and Procurement Manage national service delivery, scheduling, resource planning and vendor performance Establish national quality standards, governance frameworks and compliance controls Act as a key stakeholder partner, driving change management, training and adoption across the business About You You are a strategic and hands-on leader with deep experience in multimedia production, digital print or creative operations within complex, multi-site environments. You bring: Proven experience leading national or multi-site multimedia teams Demonstrated success delivering digital print or multimedia transformation projects Strong project management capability (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) Advanced knowledge of multimedia workflows, production scheduling and creative tools Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills A people-first leadership style, with empathy and discretion in sensitive environments High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern multimedia production systems Why Join InvoCare?
