What you’ll be doing: Owning and delivering the end-to-end marketing and ecommerce strategy Building and elevating brand positioning, campaigns and storytelling across all channels Driving B2C growth through website optimisation, content, conversion and performance Supporting major wholesale and retail partners with strong brand and marketing execution Working with influencers, creators and partner brands to develop collaborations and product ranges Establishing reporting, insights and performance metrics Building and leading a marketing team as the business continues to scale What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a senior marketing or brand role within a consumer business Strong experience across brand marketing and ecommerce Exposure to wholesale, retail or B2B environments (highly regarded but not essential) A balance of creativity, strategic thinking and commercial acumen The ability to operate autonomously and lead without an existing team A growth mindset and genuine drive to build something meaningful What’s on offer: Flexible working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home, flexible hours High-impact role with autonomy, influence and clear growth runway Gold Coast–based role within a scaling, entrepreneurial business
