The firm works closely with private businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families, providing tailored advice that goes well beyond traditional compliance. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Services & Tax Manager to take a leadership role within the practice and act as a trusted adviser to a high-quality client base. The Role Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for managing client engagements end-to-end while leading and mentoring a capable team. Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of business services and tax clients Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and related compliance work Leading tax planning and advisory engagements Providing commercial, practical advice tailored to client objectives Coaching and mentoring intermediate and senior accountants Supporting workflow management, quality control and continuous improvement initiatives About You You are a confident, technically strong professional who enjoys working closely with clients and leading a team. You will bring: CA or CPA qualification 6 years' experience in public practice accounting Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation Proven experience managing clients independently Leadership experience with a collaborative management style Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset Why Join This role offers more than a traditional compliance management position.
