Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer - 6-month contract - Sydney - $1000/day We're looking for a senior engineer with strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience and a modern JavaScript background to join a high-performing delivery team on a 6-month contract in Sydney. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and consulting. You'll work closely with product, design and client stakeholders to deliver and optimise a large-scale commerce platform built on Salesforce, within a fast-moving Agile environment. What you'll be doing Developing and configuring solutions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, working extensively with SFRA Building and enhancing front-end components with a focus on responsive design, performance and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) Writing clean, modular JavaScript across Node.js, Express and modern front-end patterns Designing and implementing unit, integration and performance tests across API and UI layers Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and working within Git-based workflows and JIRA-managed Agile delivery What you'll bring Proven, hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience Strong JavaScript capability across both back-end and front-end environments Experience with SASS/LESS, optimisation and accessibility best practice Confidence working in Agile teams with modern engineering practices Nice to have Exposure to other Salesforce clouds Experience with cloud infrastructure or integration platforms The details 6-month contract - ongoing Sydney based Approx. $1000 per day This is a great opportunity to work on a large-scale, enterprise commerce environment where engineering quality and collaboration matter.
