This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day finance and administration functions of the business, working closely with finance leadership, external bookkeepers and operational teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth workflow across claims-related financial processes. This is not a claims handling role ; however, experience within insurance or claims environments is strongly valued to support effective collaboration and an understanding of how financial and administrative tasks align with claims activity. The position is offered on a work-from-home basis and will suit a motivated self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously while remaining connected to a national team. Key responsibilities Supporting end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes in Xero Coordinating invoice coding, approvals, reconciliations and payment preparation Assisting with billing, debtor management and follow-ups Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice queries Supporting daily bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations and journals Assisting with month-end processes (finance and administration) Working within claims and finance systems to align financial data with claim records Supporting process improvement initiatives across finance and administration tasks About you Hands-on experience across AP, AR and bookkeeping functions Confident user of Xero Experience supporting finance functions within insurance, claims or professional services Comfortable working independently in a WFH environment High attention to detail with a collaborative, professional approach Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (desirable) What’s on offer $70,000 – $75,000 Super Fully work-from-home Supportive leadership and structured processes Stable national organisation Long-term opportunity with scope and variety Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
