We are seeking an experienced Business Training Consultant (0.6FTE - 3 days a week, days negotiable) to join the team at Work & Training! We are seeking an experienced Training Consultant to deliver training and assessment services to clients face to face in the workplace as well as a classroom environment for the qualifications: BSB20120 – Certificate II in Workplace Skills BSB30120 – Certificate III in Business BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business Work & Training is a large Tasmanian private registered training organisation. We have offices and specialist training facilities in Devonport, Launceston and Moonah. We train in excess of 500 Tasmanians per year across a range of industries in both pre-employment courses and those employed by Tasmanian businesses. Extensive and current industry experience and qualifications are essential, as is a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122). Key Selection Criteria: Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or be willing to work towards Significant and current industry experience in a business environment Hold relevant vocational competencies Current valid driver's licence A sound knowledge of the requirements of the Standards for RTOs Ability to manage a classroom and on-the-job trainees Well-developed written and oral communication skills and ability to cater to a diverse range of people and organisations High level of interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving skills Well-developed skills in Microsoft office programs Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as a member of a team Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Work & Training are an equal opportunity employer.
