Location: Birtinya, QLD or Kyneton or Epping, Victoria Complete the weekly and monthly finance management accruals, reports & commentaries for KGF AU selling costs pertaining to Logistics / transportation (air, sea and land) & KGF AU own warehouses (Epping) Partner in delivery of key planning processes (forecast, budget, strategic plan), including clear Analysis of Change (AOC), for selling & supply chain costs Provide transparency and understanding through clear analysis and insight generation which is shared with the business Prepare financial analysis and ad-hoc reports to enable proactive decision-making processes and financial decision making in projects Support logistics tender processes and procurement activities to baseline and validate savings Drive continuous improvement with focus on leveraging IT system capabilities Project management experience / expertise ABOUT YOU You will bring with you: Highly developed time management, organisational, multitasking and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, displaying flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities, and deadlines A team player who builds effective internal relationships Competent data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
