Employer - SeaKing Australia Position : Full Time Location : Mulgrave, Victoria Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 a year SeaKing Australia, a family-run business established in 2019, dedicated to crafting high-quality fibreglass products designed to withstand the harshest ocean conditions. They are currently looking for hard working and dedicated Boat Builder and Repairer to join their Boat Repair Workshop. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Diagnose issues and provide practical repair solutions. Identify and carry out services, maintenance, and repairs or follow work order instructions. Reading and interpreting plans and specifications to constructs or refurbishment works. Application of appropriate structural materials including metal, wood, plastics, fiberglass, carbon fiber and resin, etc. Applying finishes to surfaces identified and evaluate final finish. conduct safety inspections and identify any malfunctions or fault in the equipment Ensure all work is completed to a high standard on time and budget Keeping accurate job card records of all parts and labour utilised Skills and Experience: Relevant trade qualification and license At least 2 years of relevant experience Effective listening and strong interpersonal skills A keen eye for details Strong diagnostic and repair skills Good working knowledge of OH&S If you meet the above criteria, please apply now.
