An exciting opportunity has been created for a Finance Business Partner to work directly with the leadership team and help modernise financial planning, analysis and performance reporting across the organisation. What You’ll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Deliver clear, visual management reporting and performance insights. Analyse cost drivers, risks, and trends to support decision-making. Support business cases, service changes, and funding proposals. Improve data quality, reporting processes, and financial systems. Help build dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI/SQL highly regarded). About You CA/CPA or equivalent qualifications (desirable). Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or finance business partnering. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability. Confident communicator with non-financial stakeholders.
