About the role This is a hands-on Audio Visual Warehouse Manager role responsible for the day-to-day operation, organisation and standards of a busy AV and LED warehouse. You will oversee equipment preparation, testing, packing and returns, manage stock flow, maintain SOPs, and ensure crews receive correctly prepped systems for site. While this is a management role, it is not desk-bound. You will be expected to stay close to the gear, lead by example and step in where required during peak periods. Given the LED-heavy nature of the inventory, experience managing LED panels, processors, video systems and associated infrastructure is critical. This role suits someone who understands how warehouse performance directly impacts on-site success and client outcomes.
