The Role In this pivotal Leading Hand role, you will be integral to the daily operations of this mixed 3,800ha property. Your role covers 760ha of overhead irrigation and 2,500ha of dryland cropping. You will operate a modern fleet, including John Deere R-series tractors and headers, self-propelled sprayers, air seeders, harvesting equipment, and pivot and lateral-move irrigators. Beyond operating the machinery, this role requires a high level of responsibility; you will be expected to take the reins in the manager's absence. This position demands sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring all cropping and irrigation tasks are completed to the highest standard.
