Description About the role: Reporting to Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to tender, negotiate and award contracts to ensure an effective supply of goods and services for our world class facilities. In this key role you will coordinate our tender program, create and draft new contracts and review supply agreements. This is a dynamic role with a broad variety of services, equipment and materials to tender and procure from office consumables to high value tenders and contacts for our large, autonomous plant. This is a part time role and is based on-site in Newcastle, NSW to support their world-leading operations. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinate the tender and contract management process. • Prepare commercial terms, tender documentation, evaluation, and stakeholder communication. • Support contract holders in contract and tender management including transition strategies. Skills And Experiences Skills and Experience: • Experience in the development, review, and update of commercial contracts and clauses. • Ability to coordinate high volumes of tenders and contracts in a complex environment. • Understanding of contractual law and effective procurement systems. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skill and a high attention to detail. • Relevant qualifications in contracts or management or supply related field will be highly regarded.
