The opportunity Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside 5 other Area Managers, you will provide leadership, coaching and operational oversight across a portfolio of 11 early learning centres in Perth. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting Centre Managers in delivering high quality education and care through operational success. Key responsibilities include: Coaching and supporting Centre Managers to build engaged, high-performing and values-aligned teams Driving consistent quality, child safety and regulatory compliance across the portfolio Overseeing centre performance across occupancy, workforce, budgets and key operational metrics Partnering with support office teams to embed best practice and continuous improvement Supporting centre change activity, including new openings, transitions or improvement initiatives About you You’re a passionate and proven leader with multi-site experience in early childhood or education and a genuine commitment to quality early learning, safety and strong centre outcomes.
