Award winning innovative Sydney based Architectural practice urgently require an Architect/Project Leader for their local and European residential projects. Work alongside a friendly experienced team on exciting projects that challenge and inspire with opportunites for continuous professional development. Appropriate tertiary qualifications necessary. Minimum 3 years experience in residential projects with an interest in Interior Design. Prior experience in delegating tasks and managing deadlines. Prepare Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates as well as developing detailed construction documentation. Abilty to create detailed working drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills necessary to enable liasion with clients and contractors. Must be up to date with relevant Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards and safe design principles. Advanced Archicad skills mandatory. This is a permanent position commencing immediately.
