Whether it’s before or after school, or during vacation care, our educators help create a space where children can have fun, feel safe, and grow.This is a casual role with short shifts available (e.g. 3 hours in the morning and/or 3 hours in the afternoon), ideal for those looking for flexibility or supplementary hours.You’ll be part of a dynamic team that nurtures each child’s sense of belonging and provides enriching programs based on their interests and developmental needs.Your key duties will include:Supporting engaging and age-appropriate activities for school-aged childrenBuilding positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleaguesContributing to the smooth daily operations of the OSHC programEnsuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all timesAssisting in planning and implementing play-based and recreational programsFollowing policies, procedures, WHS and Child Protection requirementsWhat do I need to succeed?
