We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives through compelling content and strategic community management. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning • Create content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and other relevant platforms • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to inform strategy • Set KPIs and success metrics for social media performance Content Creation & Management • Create engaging, high-quality content including copy, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency • Develop platform-specific content that maximizes engagement and reach • Maintain brand voice and messaging across all social channels • Curate and repurpose user-generated content and company announcements Community Management • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner • Build and nurture online communities, fostering meaningful engagement with followers • Manage crisis communications and escalate issues appropriately • Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers Analytics & Reporting • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics • Use data insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and creative approaches • Prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations • Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment and conversation trends Campaign Execution • Plan and execute social media campaigns supporting product launches, events, and promotions • Coordinate with paid media teams to amplify organic content through paid social • Manage social media aspects of integrated marketing campaigns • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Requirements Essential • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or B2C industries • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement • Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) • Experience with social media analytics platforms and reporting • Understanding of paid social advertising principles • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Creative mindset with attention to detail Preferred • Experience in forex, CFD trading, or financial markets industry • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) • Video editing capabilities (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services • Knowledge of multiple languages (Chinese, Japanese) is highly valued for APAC markets • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Benefits WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary package • Professional development opportunities • Collaborative, innovative work environment • Opportunity to shape brand voice and social presence • Exposure to global markets and diverse cultures APPLICATION PROCESS Please submit your resume along with: • Portfolio or examples of social media accounts you've managed • Brief case study of a successful social media campaign you led • Links to your professional social media profiles
