This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on leading workforce initiatives, compliance, and engagement across these programs. In this role, you will partner closely with Community Services managers and executive leaders to: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Lead performance and development processes, probation reviews, and engagement activities Oversee screening, credentialing, and audit-ready compliance for regulated programs Support senior managers through change initiatives and workforce improvement projects Contribute to succession planning, reporting, and HR policy development To read the full position description, click here Is This You? The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline , and bring at least two years of experience delivering HR services within a complex, people-centred environment.
