ABOUT THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Law Clerk or Conveyancing Clerk to join a growing Property & Development practice. The role is heavily involved in off-the-plan conveyancing work and will suit someone who enjoys managing files from start to finish while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service. You will: Run conveyancing files from initial instruction through to settlement Prepare contracts of sale, vendor statements and DocuSign documentation Obtain title searches, property certificates and company searches Prepare transfers, Duties Online forms, statements of adjustments and settlement statements Manage and attend PEXA settlements Prepare and lodge subdivision documentation and monitor plans of subdivision Liaise with clients, surveyors, financiers, other solicitors and the Titles Office Draft correspondence and respond to client and solicitor enquiries Maintain accurate file notes, reports and file management systems Assist with general administrative tasks as required ABOUT YOU You will have: 4-5 years' experience as a Law Clerk or Conveyancing Clerk Strong working knowledge of conveyancing processes and property transactions Advanced experience using PEXA Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A professional and confident telephone manner Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage high volumes of documentation efficiently Experience using Caseflow or Opex (advantageous but not essential)
