About the position: The Casual QPT Front of House Supervisor is responsible for delivering consistently high standards in welcoming, hosting and serving all visitors to the Queens Park Theatre, and ensuring QPT Front of House staff are operating in accordance with the liquor licence. Key accountabilities: Supervise and ensure a safe working environment for all QPT employees and patrons, whilst ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided by all employees. Oversee retail sales, in particular the bar when in use, including implementation of relevant policies and procedures for cash handling, stock take and service of alcohol. Ensure compliance with Queens Park Theatre Liquor Licence (Special Facilities) requirements Be proactive in providing theatre patrons and venue visitors with information and assistance whenever and wherever required.
