Description Health, Safety & Environment Lead a strong safety culture with a visible commitment to zero harm Ensure full compliance with WA mining legislation, site HSEQT plans and contractor/client standards Manage critical risk frameworks, incident response and continuous improvement initiatives Operational & Technical Leadership Deliver production, maintenance and operational targets in line with contract requirements Lead site coordination across contractor and client teams to ensure alignment to project objectives Provide clear reporting to executive leadership on project performance, risks and opportunities People & Culture Lead, develop and motivate a large, multi-disciplinary workforce in a performance-driven environment Set clear expectations, drive accountability and build leadership capability across the site Strengthen engagement with the client, workforce and broader stakeholder group Commercial & Financial Performance Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost performance across a large-scale mining contract Monitor KPIs and production performance, taking corrective action where required Contribute to capital planning, optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement programs Profile You are an experienced mining leader who thrives in complex, high-production contract environments and brings a strong balance of operational, commercial and people leadership capability.
