This is a permanent, full-time role offering strong hourly rates, consistent work, and plenty of overtime. The Role You will be responsible for mechanical maintenance across the site, including: Preventative and reactive maintenance on plant and machinery Breakdown repairs to minimise downtime Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting Supporting production teams to keep operations running efficiently Planned maintenance and continuous improvement activities Ensuring all work is completed safely and to site standards What You’ll Need Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong mechanical fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and within a team Reliable, proactive attitude and good communication skills What’s On Offer Permanent full-time position $45 – $55 per hour depending on experience Day and night shifts available Plenty of overtime opportunities Long-term job security in food manufacturing Supportive team and well-maintained site
