Job Description We are now looking for a Tourism Boards Partnership Manager who will be responsible for driving the growth of Luxury Escapes’ tourism board partnerships and positioning the brand as an important marketing and distribution partner for destination campaigns. The role focuses on generating revenue and securing co-operative marketing funding to support key annual campaign activity. You will be responsible for: Driving substantial revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy and process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and tourism board partners to ensure high levels of new and renewed business Identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities by continually assessing global travel trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform decision-making. Leading the development of compelling partnership proposals and pitch documents tailored to tourism board objectives and industry trends Commercialising and monetising Luxury Escapes-owned assets including TV shows, live events, magazines, digital products, and social channels. Leading negotiations and successfully securing contracts with high-value tourism board partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations to deliver effective campaigns Represent the company at key events and industry functions to enhance visibility and expand trade networks.
