Full training provided. Relocation assistance for the right candidate (paid on 12‑month anniversary). Key responsibilities: Operate and maintain powder coating line (pretreatment, masking, blasting, spray application, curing) and perform quality inspections/touch‑ups Monitor oven temperatures, conveyor speeds and spray parameters; log production output and report defects Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance and WHS procedures; assist with continuous improvement Skills & experience: Powder coating / paint‑line experience preferred; full training available Strong attention to finish quality, colour matching and surface preparation Basic mechanical aptitude, able to lift moderate loads and work standing for shifts About us Need Recruitment support?
