The Opportunity Working from the firm’s Southern Shire office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day carriage of family law and estates matters, providing high level, quality legal services to a broad and loyal client base. Reporting directly to a Partner, you will: Take proactive ownership of files from commencement through to resolution Manage a varied caseload efficiently and bring matters to conclusion in a timely manner Maintain strong, professional communication with clients, colleagues and external parties Draft clear, precise correspondence and legal documents in plain English The firm operates with clear structure and expectations ensuring transparency, support and accountability across the team. About You We are seeking a solicitor with 1–5 years PAE who is admitted to practice in NSW and who brings: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational ability with the capacity to juggle competing priorities Initiative, energy and a proactive approach to progressing matters A genuine commitment to client service and attention to detail You will be motivated to build your knowledge, contribute to practice development within a supportive and structured environment.
