We are partnering with a highly established, Asia-Pacific organisation to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a multi-site, B2C sales function across a defined territory. This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to drive results without losing the human touch . You'll lead from the front, coach capability into your team, and balance strong commercial outcomes with a genuinely customer-first approach. The opportunity You'll take ownership of a significant region, leading a field-based sales team responsible for driving revenue growth, contract performance and local market presence. This role goes beyond numbers. You'll shape strategy, uplift team capability, embed best-practice sales behaviours and ensure customers are guided through informed, compliant and considered purchase journeys. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing and partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen brand presence at a local level.
