Job Description YOUR ROLE This key role sits within the People & Culture directorate and will oversee the operational effectiveness of the Reportable Conduct Scheme (RCS) Team. You’ll lead improvement initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, coordinate reporting and compliance activities, and enable fit-for-purpose processes and systems to support child safety and regulatory responsibilities. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the General Manager and RCS Team across strategy, calendar, meetings, and documentation. Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational workflows and service delivery. Manage reporting, performance metrics, budget tracking and vendor panels. Coordinate responses to regulatory bodies (CCYP, VIT, Police) and ensure record integrity. Lead projects on training content, system improvements, and resource development. Prepare and present Board-level reports, trend analysis, and thematic reviews. Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective, efficient and compliant operational support. ABOUT YOU Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in operations, strategy, project management or business administration. Experience working within regulated, risk or compliance environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills. Skilled in managing change, implementing systems, and improving processes. High level of discretion, analytical thinking, and data reporting capability. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and document management systems.
