Job Description YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Project Lead, Faith Leadership, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into compelling digital visuals. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing learning outcomes across MACS through innovative and brand-aligned digital content. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, illustrations, animations, and motion videos. Edit and integrate audio and video components to enhance e-learning experiences. Ensure all multimedia content aligns with MACS brand and accessibility standards. Work closely with instructional designers and project leads to bring learning content to life. Optimise multimedia assets for web and mobile compatibility. Maintain file integrity, manage formats, and uphold content accuracy and engagement standards. ABOUT YOU Qualification in multimedia design, digital media, or a related discipline. Strong portfolio showcasing animations, video editing, and digital design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with motion graphics, video/audio integration, and accessibility compliance. Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Captivate (desirable). Familiarity with HTML5/CSS and Canvas LMS (desirable). Excellent time management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
