We are seeking reliable and customer‑focused Car Parking Officers to join our dynamic Airport Parking Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering premium customer service, and being part of the airport experience from the moment passengers arrive. As a Car Parking Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of our airport car parks and Park Fast services. The role will start of as a Casual Employee working 20 - 40 plus hours per week with a view to becoming permanent in the future. This role requires team members to work shifts: - Early's lates & some nights The primary purpose of the Customer Services Officer is to provide outstanding customer service for meet & greet of customer vehicles or assist with any car parking related enquiries / system issues. The Customer Services Officer will optimise customers experience with the ability to assist customers with any required information to help in getting in and out of the Airport car parks locations via intercom calls and face-to-face interaction. Duties include taking phone calls or intercom calls regarding car park related queries, use of multiple IT systems and general onsite customer service and information. All applicants will need to be physically fit and able to stand, walk and continually move for generally between 5 and 8 hr shifts which start anytime from 4am and finish as late as midnight. You must have good Mon-Sun availability and be prepared to attend work at short notice when required. Excellent oral and written English communication skills Professional phone manner, able to work shifts. High levels of computer literacy and data entry - specifically Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn new software programs effectively and efficiently Ability to multitask and prioritise with strong problem-solving abilities.
