We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Campaign Advisor to lead and implement impactful marketing initiatives within the public sector. Description Drive the implementation of the organisations destination marketing strategy through integrated seasonal initiatives and year-round campaigns. Oversee the full campaign life-cycle, from strategic planning and briefing through creative development, media strategy, production and multi-channel launch across paid, owned and earned platforms. Craft compelling narratives and content aligned to priority experience themes, including food and beverage, arts and culture, retail, nature and major events. Maximise the effectiveness of owned assets - such as the website, social platforms, digital displays and print collateral - to extend reach and audience engagement. Track, analyse and report on campaign results, using data-driven insights to refine approach and enhance future performance. Administer and monitor the campaign budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment. Profile Proven experience in marketing and campaign management within the public sector (advantageous) Strong project management and organisational skills. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
