The Role: Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment. At Millennium, you will be joining one of Australia’s leading integrated services companies, where your contribution truly makes a difference. We have part‑time positions available with the following roster: Monday – Tuesday: 0600–1400 Wednesday – Thursday: 1300–2230 Key Responsibilities: Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property Provide a professional and courteous customer service experience Adhere to all relevant security protocols and procedures Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, providing necessary support Assess and respond appropriately to situations of risk To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Security Licence Basic First Aid and CPR certification Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded) Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts A good level of physical fitness (patrolling is required) Reliable transportation (preferred) The ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail A proven track record of reliability and punctuality You must have valid work rights in Australia.
