We're looking for a Senior Test Manager - Core & Performance to lead quality assurance across our end-to-end credit card platform . This is a critical leadership role within Support Services. You'll own the testing strategy across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT , with a strong focus on portfolio migration, Visa & MasterCard schemes, and third-party integrations . Leading a global team, you'll ensure testing aligns with business goals, regulatory standards, and platform stability. What you'll do Define and execute testing strategy across the full credit card lifecycle Lead all testing phases, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance Drive portfolio migration and payment scheme validation Manage and mentor global onshore/offshore QA teams Own test estimation, resourcing, and delivery across time zones Champion test automation and CI/CD improvements Oversee non-production environments and testing readiness Act as the primary testing contact for senior stakeholders What we're looking for 8-10 years in software testing, with 4-5 years in a leadership role Strong experience in credit card / payment processing Proven delivery of large-scale IT projects and portfolio migrations Expertise in third-party, API, performance, and security testing Experience with Jira, ServiceNow (or similar tools) Strong people leadership and stakeholder communication skills Agile & Waterfall experience; cloud payment platforms a plus What success looks like High-quality, compliant releases with risks managed early Smooth portfolio migrations and stable payment platforms Engaged, high-performing global QA teams Improved efficiency through automation and optimized testing Clear, consistent reporting of test progress and quality metrics
