Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers genuine autonomy, strategic influence and the opportunity to lead Quality & Education at scale on a full time basis in Sydney. On Offer: Executive-level salary package up to $250K plus discretionary bonus and travel allowance, reflecting the seniority and influence of the role Broad portfolio-wide responsibility, shaping and elevating quality outcomes across multiple NSW facilities Senior, autonomous position with ownership over your schedule and direct collaboration with the CEO Lead and mentor the Quality & Education team, embedding best practice and driving continuous improvement across sites Strong clinical and operational support structure, working alongside experienced General Managers and a well-resourced Head Office team About You: Demonstrated leadership experience (minimum 4 years) within aged care, ideally including Facility Manager experience Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience leading quality processes through accreditation and regulatory systems with strong knowledge of the New Aged Care Standards. Proven experience supporting quality, education and continuous improvement initiatives across residential aged care, including exposure to multi-site environments A supportive, collaborative leadership style with highly developed interpersonal skills, able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams while fostering a positive, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture Apply today for further information on this attractive opportunity.
