Human Factors Lead Infrastructure and Rail Projects Melbourne or Sydney We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Lead to support the delivery of complex infrastructure and rail projects. This role focuses on embedding Human Factors principles across design, safety assurance, and systems engineering activities, working closely with multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle. The Role You will be responsible for coordinating Human Factors deliverables, supporting assurance activities, and contributing technical input to design and safety processes across major projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Human Factors plans and deliverables Identify and manage Human Factors risks and requirements Support design and safety assurance activities Coordinate Human Factors inputs across project teams Contribute to systems engineering and assurance documentation Requirements About You You bring experience applying Human Factors methodologies within infrastructure or rail environments and are comfortable working across technical and delivery teams. You are organised, analytical, and confident managing multiple stakeholder interfaces.
