This opportunity suits an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor who enjoys working closely with operational teams and making a genuine impact on safety outcomes in live rail environments. The Role Based in Port Hedland on an 8:6 roster, you will support rail maintenance crews by providing practical safety leadership, coaching, and compliance oversight. You will play a key role in embedding safe systems of work and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
