About the Role: Bene Aged Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents at Bene St. Agnes. Reporting directly to the Registered Nurse, you will work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday , and be responsible for: Delivering clinical care tailored to residents' individual needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Supporting and mentoring Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to ensure the highest standards of care. Administering medications and monitoring residents' health conditions, documenting everything accurately. Ensuring all documentation is completed on time, and in compliance with AHPRA, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements. What We’re Looking For: Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent qualification). Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse. Aged Care Experience (preferred but not essential). Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills to support care teams. Commitment to resident dignity, respect, and person-centred care. Current First Aid , CPR, and Manual Handling certification. National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Desirable Skills: Italian-speaking ability (not essential but highly regarded). Post-basic qualifications in aged care.
