The home accommodates 92 residents across a combination of nursing and hostel-style living, creating a diverse and engaging environment for both employees and residents. Your Role Will Include: Assisting our residents with personal care needs such as showering and dressing Supporting daily living activities including mealtimes, mobility, and social engagement Working collaboratively with our clinical team to follow individual care plans Accurately documenting care and communicating effectively within the care team Providing respectful, high-quality support to residents, their families, and the wider community What We’re Looking For: Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies A caring nature and genuine desire to support older people Friendly and confident when interacting with people from all walks of life Strong communication and teamwork skills A reliable, positive attitude and commitment to working safely Understanding of workplace health and safety practices Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain NDIS Worker Screening clearance What We Offer Competitive hourly pay rates Access to generous not-for-profit tax benefits Fitness Passport – discounted gym membership Paid parental leave Long service leave after 5 years Additional week of leave for shift workers under the Enterprise Agreement Opportunities to transfer across 40 locations in NSW and QLD A values-driven, inclusive workplace welcoming people of all faiths and backgrounds We know you have choices when it comes to your career.
