The role: This role will provide effective leadership to our Distribution Warehouse night shift team, with a strategic focus on forward planning and creating a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for: Provide proactive and collaborative leadership to the night shift team Maintain connections with team members through exceptional communication Lead safety, with involvement in incident and hazard management Provide ongoing feedback and performance management Ensure warehouse operation processes are followed to a high standard Analyse reporting, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to improve results Manage workflows and staffing needs Identifying and developing future talent Coordinate team member training and development Support recruitment processes as required Facilitate team meetings Night shift is a Sunday – Thursday roster from – 11PM – 7AM You will have: Demonstrated ability to lead and engage work teams in line with Sanitarium's values. Experience working as a Team Leader in a warehouse environment A strong commitment to workplace, health & safety Ability to drive a constructive culture with a hands on approach Experience in coaching and developing team members Current Forklift licence Qualifications in Leadership or willingness to obtain.
