The role As a Communications & Engagement Lead, you will take a coordinating role as well as be responsible for hands-on delivery of communication and engagement products for the program. Responsibilities will include: Lead program-wide communications and engagement strategy aligned with organisational goals Advise executives and stakeholders on communication risks, opportunities, and engagement approaches Coach and develop communication advisers, fostering collaboration and excellence Oversee program communication activities, ensuring consistent messaging and integration with change initiatives Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, aligning engagement with program priorities Manage communication channels (intranet, SharePoint, newsletters, media releases) for maximum impact Ensure compliance with governance and ASIC's change framework in all communications About you You will have extensive experience delivering communication strategies for large scale, enterprise level programs & transformations, ideally within the government sector.
