Location: Aveo Newstead Office– 5 Days On-Site Details: Permanent full-time Reports to: Care Finance Systems Manager The Opportunity As a Commercial Analyst in our Care Finance team, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing data-driven insights and advice to support our Aveo home care business and community operations teams. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights, maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve business profitability and performance. Your Impact: Develop and maintain management reporting BI dashboards and benchmarking to support decision-making. Analyse monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks and performance improvement opportunities. Provide insights into Government Support at Home funding utilisation to support care operations. Analyse staff labour usage and productivity, highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency. Create and maintain lead indicator reporting focused on key business drivers and KPIs. Deliver external trend and benchmark analysis against comparable providers. Provide ad hoc financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insights as required. Drive automation and standardisation of care finance reporting and processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Care Finance systems, tools and workflows. Why Aveo? High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines. Industry experience in home care, or knowledge of government-funded programs, is desirable but not essential.
